gpina,

What's happening here is your email account is filtering our automated email sender into your junk/spam folder. This happens a lot to Yahoo, Gmail, and Hotmail account users.

Just follow these simple steps to get your temporary password emailed to you. This should override the spam guard filter.

1.) Log-in to your email account and add message@myccmpro.com in your contact address book. (You have to log-in to your actual email account and add message@myccmpro.com in the contact address book - adding message@myccmpro.com in your Outlook will not override the spam guard filter)

2.) Your email account will whitelist the email address of message@myccmpro.com from the spam filter.

3.) Log out from your email account.

4.) After you log out from your email account, go to http://www.myccmpro.com/forgot_password.php

5.) Enter the registered email address in the entry field located at http://www.myccmpro.com/forgot_password.php and then click the Submit button.

6.) Wait about 2-3 minutes and you should get a temporary password.

7.) Once you are in the MyCCMpro system, click USER CP located in the navigation tools and Change Password.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Kind Regards,
MyCCMpro Support

I have followed your instructions and it still did not work. Please let me know if there is something different I can do.

I am using an e-mail account that I purchased from Go Daddy.

Hi gpina,

Are you sure you are typing the correct email address? It's quite impossible why the instruction above wouldn't work. Please try it again.

I typed it in manually and it did not work, then I copied and pasted from your post.

I am using an e-mail that I purchased from Go Daddy. Don't know if that makes a difference.

Hi gpina,

Please be more specific. What exactly did you copied and pasted from the post?

In your Go Daddy account, you should be able to add message@myccmpro.com into your email account contact address. Once you have done that, just click http://www.myccmpro.com/forgot_password.php and enter the email address you used to register, click Submit and then the temporary password should go to your inbox.

You may need to call Go Daddy to get assistance with your email account and have them help you with "Whitelisting an email address". They should know what that means.

I use my e-mail through outlook, so it shouldn't be the Go Daddy site. Is there something else?

You must login into your actual Go Daddy email account and enter message@myccmpro.com into your contact address to dissable the system spam guard from filtering our automated sender. Contact the Go Daddy technical support and have them assist you with "Whitelisting an email address"

Let me know if you I can further assist you.
