Your list must meet the following guidelines to be in-compliant with the CAN-SPAM law.

1.) The business in which the list was purchased must be a member of one of the following organizations:

* DMA (www.the-dma.org)
* BBB (www.bbb.org)
* AMA (www.marketingpower.com)

2.) A receipt copy from the business in which the list was purchased must be available to approve the list upload.

3.) A contact person from the business in which the list was purchased must be available for verification purposes.

Any list that doesn't meet our guidelines are considered to be "high risk data". Therefore upload charges will apply for lists that falls under the high risk category.

1. Choose the lead that you'd like to override from the follow-up list.

2. Click the 'Notes' icon for that lead

3. Put a check mark in the "Done" box and then click "Add/Save"

This should do the trick.

How do I cancel a contact from continuously showing-up into my follow-up list of contacts? I know I can delete the contact but what if I don't want to do that? Is there anyway I can override the lead from the follow-up list of contacts w/out deleting it? Please help.

I would really just like to pay someone else to do it I have spent hours looking into it and there is just so much info I�m at a loss as what to do. Anyone ever has done this. You should receive your ad within 3-4 days after submitting your payment. Once you receive your custom banner ad, follow the instructions below to upload the image.

1) Go to your MyCCMPro account by logging-in to http://www.myccmpro.com/login.php

2) The system will ask you for your e-mail/password so go ahead and enter your login entry e-mail/pass.

3) Once you're logged-in, click "My Banner" on the top navigation tool.

4) In the "My Banner" section, you will see a link that will read 'Add Your First Banner'. Go ahead and click that link.

5) Upload your image by clicking the browse button, insert the image, type the destination website and then click the Save button.

6) You should see the banner ad image in the ad campaign section and click the banner to test it if works.
